2. Small Developments
Small development schemes can be difficult to fund without an advisor who works closely with specialist lenders. We are happy to say our partners are a select few who are happy to provide funding for small schemes – we can even achieve this with no prior development experience!
3. Developer Exit
We appreciate that once your development is complete, your exit may not always be immediate. If the sale of your properties or traditional refinance route are not taking place at speed then the costs of your existing development finance will of course continue to eat into your hard earned profit.
